Can you say Quick, Easy, and Delicious?
We picked up a box of Bruce’s Sweet Potato Pancakes, and what a Treat.
We enjoy delicious food and we have been trying to eat healthier, this has always been a challenge for us.
Sweet Potato’s are a good source of Vitamin A, beta carotene, and iron while low in fat, a clear alternative to the ordinary pancake. The aroma and taste are just out of this world.
After I read the box’s instructions and saw it was so easy to make, It became an easy decision to prepare these pancakes for this morning’s breakfast
I complimented the Pancakes with a little bit of bacon (I only do that on weekends) and fresh natural Maple Syrup, Maple Butter, and a little whipped cream……….sooo good!!!
When I read the instructions on how to prepare the mix it listed just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients: For 6 Pancakes
> 1 – 1/2 Cup / Bruce’s Complete Sweet Potato Pancake Mix
> 1 – Cup / Water
> Olive Oil coating on Pan
Whisk Pancake Mix and water, to creamy consistency, let stand for 5 minutes.
Heat Non-Stick Pan on Medium Heat, coat pan with a sheen of Olive Oil.
Pour batter onto hot pan and cook till golden on each side.
Plate, compliment and enjoy.
It is that easy. You will not be disappointed.
