Recently my wife and I took a vacation to the Florida Keys and tried Hydro Therapy on a Stand Up Paddle Board aka SUP. We immediately fell in love with this booming sport.
We stayed at the famous Hawks Cay Resort and Marina. Hawks Cay is located on the Island of Duck Key, mile marker 61 smack dab in the middle of the Florida Key Straits.
This resort has many amenities including a protected Saltwater Lagoon where you can engage in various water sports in a safe saltwater environment. The lagoon is flanked by chaise loungers, tiki umbrellas, and includes food and bar service, a comfortable and relaxing place to chill out.
We learned how to paddle board in the safety of the lagoon, my wife Susan said she did not have to worry about falling off and think that Jaws is going to take a nibble. This was a peaceful place to play and learn how to paddle.

After our vacation, Susan and I were hooked on paddle boarding and we sought to buy one.
